This is a ticket to have us get your 1 item autographed by Jared Verse at the signing at Prime Time Sports & Framing in the Great Northern Mall in North Olmsted, Ohio on July 27th. We will get your item signed when we get our inventory signed.

YOUR ITEM MUST BE DROPPED OFF OR RECEIVED BY 7/25/26 AT OUR GREAT NORTHERN MALL LOCATION. NO SHIPPING WILL BE DONE ALL ITEMS MUST BE DROPPED OFF IN STORE & PICKED UP AT THE SAME LOCATION.

PLEASE INCLUDE INSTRUCTIONS OF WHERE YOU WANT THE ITEM SIGNED AND WHAT COLOR YOU WANT IT SIGNED IN (AS WELL AS IF IN PEN, MARKER, OR PAINT PEN). ALSO, IF YOU PURCHASE AN INSCRIPTION TICKET IN ADDITION TO THIS TICKET WHAT WRITE THE INSCRIPTION DOWN. 

INCLUDE YOUR NAME, ADDRESS, AND PHONE NUMBER WITH THE ORDER. AS WITH ANY AUTOGRAPH SIGNING, WE CANNOT GUARANTEE IT WILL BE PERFECT AS PLAYERS SOMETIMES DO NOT LISTEN TO OR READ OUR INSTRUCTIONS. WE WILL HOWEVER TRY OUR BEST TO GET IT DONE AS YOU WISH.
